Im staying at Park Royal and had a stressful trip but once I arrived it has been nothing but amazing. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was spacious, the view was beautiful and all staff were extremely friendly and professional especially Leticia and Luis at the restaurant Veranda! I highly recommend visiting this hotel and this restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long trip to this lovely hotel with the most professional, kind and beautiful staff. Food was great, rooms and hotel spotless. Even though I had a fall and broke my wrist, I was tended to with loving hands especially Jorge the hotel concierge. He helped me with paperwork as it was in Spanish and assisted me and checked on me daily. I have much gratitude for this man.
Great experience for family’s and adults. Lalo’s zumba class is great and lots of fun. Alejandro’s aqua aerobics is a workout makes you feel great and all the funtastic team are funny and have a great vibe.
Great food and service at the restaurant provided by Jonathan, Jesús, Senel. The staff was great. As for the hotel I would like it if food was available at at least one restaurant through out the day without closures in between brunch and lunch. I also wish the had ice cream!
